As the junior high girls season wrapped up, I want to say thank you to the girls for working hard everyday and trusting the process with a new coach. Thank you Coach Wigant for always being organized and helping me everyday and thank you to the fans and parents for all your support. Thank you Wildcat family!!

Congratulations to our Varsity Boys on their win to start the R/W Invitational! The boys defeated R/W, 60-48. MJ Louck led the scoring with 14. JP Sloan and Blake Stahl added 12 each. The team is back in action tonight in Oneida vs West Central at 5:00pm!

Good luck to our 8th Grade Girls Basketball team as they take on Visitation tonight. The IESA Regional Semifinal begins at 7:00pm at Visitation School.

Galva CUSD #224 Thanksgiving Break


Galva Jr/Sr High Drama Club will be hosting a dessert walk on Saturday, November 30th at the Galva Arts Council during the Ol Fashioned Christmas. Treats can be purchased individually or by the pound. Proceeds will go to costumes for this year's performance of Shrek the Musical.


Mayor Volkert recently visited Mr. Stinson's U.S. History classes to give a World War II presentation where he shared artifacts and stories from his father's service during the War. We are grateful to Rich for taking the time to provide such a unique and engaging learning experience for our students.
