SENIOR NIGHT Another great day for the Wildcats Golf Team!
Girls golfers: Olivia Calderon and Hallie Anderson both PR’d again with a 47 and a 50! Placing 1st and 2nd in the quad meet.
Boys golfers: Gage Simoneaux shot a 47, placing 5th. Braden Murphy had a season PR with a 44, placing 4th. Eli West shot well with a 52. Jace Sterling also shot well and has shown great improvement over the past two meets!

This is a reminder that junior and senior students are attending the College and Career Fair at Kewanee High School tomorrow. We will board the bus @ 10:30 a.m. to head to Kewanee. At the fair students will be able to talk with college recruiters, military recruiters and potential employment personnel. After the fair, we will go to Burger King for lunch and will return by 1:30 p.m. Students need to bring money for their purchases. If you have questions, contact me by email or call the school in the morning. Looking forward to a great day tomorrow.

Galva Wildcats Girls Golf team had many great things happen today out on the course. Hallie Anderson sank several long puts today and also had a chip in on hole #5. Hallie PR’d for her best 18 hole round with a 116.
Olivia Calderon also had a chip in on hole #7. She earned two PR’s - 9 holes- with a 49 and 18 holes - with a 101. Her overall score earned her an 8th place finish at today’s Lincoln Trail Conference meet! Way to go ladies!
