All of the schedules are up to date except for high school baseball and softball, those will be added soon! We will also be adding pictures and adding our Wildcat brand to make it look awesome here very shortly as well! We will also be linking it to the Galva website and app. If you have any questions, please let us know! Starting next week, the location links will be active and will open directly on the maps application on your phone. We are so excited to have this to help better serve the community and better communication!

The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning through Friday, September 4th.
Due to the expected dangerous heat with little relief at night, Galva CUSD #224 will follow our heat schedule on Thursday and Friday, with dismissal time at 1:55 PM both days.
Please plan accordingly for the early dismissal.

The results are in!
Jr High FFA held a meeting today to vote on their 26-27 officer team. We had such a large group of 6th and 7th graders wanting to be in an officer role that we also added 4 Jr Officer positions to prepare them for a future officer role.

Our very own, Mr. Freeman, got into the positive praise today as well! When Mrs. Norway spotted a bug, Mr. Freeman saved the day and volunteered to take care of that issue! Mrs. Norway felt he deserved a Positive Referral for the heroics. Sometimes it is the little things we do for others that make the biggest impact. Get ready for a week full of fun, creativity, and plenty of cartoon characters! We can’t wait to see what our Wildcats come up with! 🐾
🎊 And, as usual, Friday is PARAAAADE DAY! 🎊 Parents/guardians are welcome to pick up their child to watch the parade together. Students may leave with a parent/guardian with written permission from a guardian or by contacting the elementary office. More details about the parade will come home soon.
