🏃♀️🏃 ATTENTION any athletes entering 5th-12th grade that are interested in cross country Coach McMeekan will again be offering informal summer running! We will begin on June 9th and meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am. we will meet at the tree to the right of the high school office doors, athletes should wear tennis shoes and bring water! We'll plan to meet for about an hour.

The Cats Commitment Summer Weights and Fitness Program begins next week. This program will run Monday-Thursday for all students in 7th-12th Grades. Monday afternoon will be the first session from 3:00-5:00pm. After that, we will have daily sessions throughout June in the morning at 6:00-8:00am and in the afternoon at 3:00-5:00pm. Please encourage your student-athletes to attend.
