Thursday, November 6, 2025 11:45 AM GHS Gym This special event will make a mark in Galva History as the first Jr High FFA Chapter at Galva Jr Sr High School. It is not only about signatures on a paper, but the leadership, growth, and commitment that these Jr High students will have a chance to achieve. The following boys got 1st place on Saturday at the FFA Section 3 Trap Shooting Competition. Milan Craig, Jacob Gravitt and Cayden Gustafson.

The Illinois Clay Target League Galva team is in 2nd place...only two points out of first place!

Tomorrow, our Juniors will be taking the PSAT. Please have your student to school by 8:00am. A hot breakfast will be served, and then testing will begin. Juniors will eat lunch and return to classes after testing is completed.

Wednesday, October 15th is School Picture Retake Day for Galva Jr/Sr High School. This will take place in the morning. Picture forms are in the office.

REMINDER: Elementary Fall Picture RETAKE DAY is scheduled for this Friday 10-17-25. If your child is interested in a picture retake, please plan for this Friday.

🚨🏃‍♀️🏃🚨The high school cross country team had a HUGE night at the LTC meet at Midland!! Charlotte Famer dropped almost a minute off her season record finishing in 26:27! Randal Engels dropped 2 minutes off his PR and broke 20 minutes for the first time, finishing in just 19:35! John Clemons also dropped a minute off of his PR finishing in 24:18! I wouldn't believe these times if i wasn't there to witness it! Great job team!!
