In track we pride ourselves on working hard and being extremely competitive on the track. However, what we really hope is that our student-athletes will compete in the classroom even harder. Congrats to our recent students of the month!

Please help! We are at a 13% response rate for our 5 Essentials Parent Survey. A response rate of at least 20% is needed. If you could please take 5 minutes to complete a survey to help us improve it would be so appreciated! Thank you.

Big Ben had another huge night in shot put! He placed 2nd out of 36 throwers and set a new indoor PR. #feedthesecats

Arabella Porsche, Eva Nance, and Samatha Faber represented the Galva High School Interact Club at the 2026 Youth Leadership Summit at the District 6460 Spring Training. These young women seized the opportunity to grow as the future of their club and network with other club leaders and Rotary Youth Exchange participants.

I told the basketball boys they should probably take a week off to rest up. Their answer was to show up on Monday ready to roll. We had a big night last night, led by Reid Harris who finished in the top 5 in all 4 of his events! These guys are ready!

Look who just jumped into the top 15 of 1A indoor shot putters and high jumpers in the state! Keep working hard and continue to improve. The sky’s the limit.

Another night, another PR for 7 meter Sam! So close to 8 meters. Plus, she got a top 12 finish out of 35 throwers.

Congratulations to our February Students of the Month at Galva Elementary School! #GalvaProud #TheWildcatWay

Mrs. Maertens and her 6th grade students made an important visit to Kindergarten today to help students with reading. When we assess the most important elements of our school, we must see these moments and remember how much leadership potential our Wildcats have. Our little Wildcats will be better students because of the support from our bigger Wildcats. #GalvaProud
