Last night, the high school volleyball team made a few team goals, as well a few individual goals, for this year’s volleyball season. We recorded them on ceramic tiles and are looking forward to “crushing” these goals during our 2026 season. 🔨🥽 Season opener is a home game, only 4 days away. Hope to see you all Monday 💛💙

Update for tonight's baseball softball games: Junior high baseball was postponed due to the rain and poor field conditions, please be on the lookout for a make up date. Junior high softball won their first game against Annawan Wethersfield 9-6!! be on the lookout for a make up date for the second game of the doubleheader that got canceled due to rain and poor field conditions.

And now both games are in a minimum of a 30 minute delay due to lightning strikes.

Both teams exchange runs in the fifth, and it's 7 to 6 Wildcats heading into the sixth.

In junior high softball action, the Wildcats have taken a 6 to 4 lead over the Titans heading into the fifth inning. In junior high baseball action, the Wildcats trail the Spartans 11 to 2 in the third.

🥎💙💛 WELCOME BACK HOME, COACH HARDING! 💛💙🥎 Galva High School is excited to welcome Brittany (Dehler) Harding back home as our new Varsity Softball Head Coach! Brittany is no stranger to Wildcat Softball. A 2002 Galva High School graduate, she put together an incredible career in the circle before continuing her softball career at Bradley University. During her career at Galva, Brittany earned an impressive list of accomplishments: 🥎 2x All-State Third Team 🥎 All-State Second Team 🥎 Journal Star Area Pitcher of the Year 🥎 4x Team MVP 🥎 36–20 career record 🥎 0.75 ERA 🥎 763 strikeouts in just 399 innings 🥎 45 walks In 2008, Brittany was inducted into the Galva High School Wall of Fame, making history as the first female ever inducted. Now, more than two decades after wearing GALVA across her jersey, Brittany is coming back to the program where it all started—this time to lead the next generation of Wildcats. 💙💛 Former Wildcat. Division I athlete. Hall of Famer. Now, Head Coach. Please help us give Coach Brittany Harding a huge Wildcat welcome back home! Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat. 🐾
