On Monday, March 11th Galva Jr/Sr High School hosts a Mobile Blood Drive in the morning.

It's almost showtime!!! The Galva Jr/Sr High School Drama Club presents Radium Girls on Friday and Saturday at 7pm. An $8 admission is charged at the door for all seating. Limited concessions will be available.

If your student is taking a Black Hawk College class this semester, next week is spring break for the College. Senior students do not have to report to Galva High School until their first GHS class. Students taking online classes may use that time for a study hall. When Galva High School is on spring break, students are expected to attend their Black Hawk College classes.

Just a reminder that Sunday, March 17th is our Spring Band and Choir concert at Messiah Lutheran Church Galva! 2:30pm (2:00pm call time for students). It's a great concert as part of Music in Our Schools Month! Come support music education in Galva!

Attention 6th, 7th, 8th graders, and parents/guardians!!! Jr. High track will be starting Wednesday March 13th. Practice will run from 3:15-4:30 pm, with a parent meeting following the first practice. Athletes should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes and be prepared to run. Athletes must have a physical and completed the concussion test this school year. If you have any questions please email gjhgirlstrack@galva224.org or gjhboystrack@galva224.org.

The Galva High School Scholastic Bowl Team came up short tonight in regional play against Sherrard. Congratulations to Coach Koresko and Mercer County for winning the regional tonight.!
