If your student is taking a Black Hawk College class this semester, next week is spring break for the College. Senior students do not have to report to Galva High School until their first GHS class. Students taking online classes may use that time for a study hall. When Galva High School is on spring break, students are expected to attend their Black Hawk College classes.
Just a reminder that Sunday, March 17th is our Spring Band and Choir concert at Messiah Lutheran Church Galva! 2:30pm (2:00pm call time for students). It's a great concert as part of Music in Our Schools Month! Come support music education in Galva!
Attention 6th, 7th, 8th graders, and parents/guardians!!! Jr. High track will be starting Wednesday March 13th. Practice will run from 3:15-4:30 pm, with a parent meeting following the first practice. Athletes should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes and be prepared to run.
