Next year's school calendar looks very similar to this year with all Fridays in May reserved for emergency make-up days, if necessary. The district has five (5) E-learning days to use and count towards daily attendance. If the district needs to use days 6-10 for inclement weather or other emergencies, the first Friday make-up day will be announced on the day of closure.
Our calendar for next year also includes 1:55 P.M. dismissals on most Wednesdays. After dismissal, our teaching staff will be working in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are teams of teachers and staff who regularly work together to improve student learning. During PLC time, educators review student progress, discuss instructional strategies, analyze data, and collaborate on ways to better support all students academically, socially, and emotionally. The goal of PLCs is to ensure every student receives high-quality instruction and the support they need to succeed.
