Galva Jr. Sr. High School has partnered with Parchment to send your official transcript quickly and securely to outside institutions.  

All requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.  Please allow 3 - 5 days processing time for your request.  You may check your account dashboard to track the status of your order.  (If there is a hold on your account, a message will be sent to your account.)  To view your transcript, use the Self-View option.

If a paper copy is needed for verification of enrollment, social security, or State I.D. purposes, please email Mrs. Conner, School Counselor at vconner@galva224.org.  Include an address where you would like your transcript sent.

Please note:

All transcripts must be ordered.  The student or "learner", 18 years and older, MUST sign the consent, or if the student is under 18, the parent/guardian must sign the consent to authorize the release of educational records.  The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. & 1232g; 34 cfr Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.

• Transcript records include any test scores we have on file.  However, it is your responsibility when ordering your transcript to review and ensure your test results are included on your credential.  (Students/parents may opt out of disclosing test scores by submitting an email request to vconner@galva224.org to omit test scores from the transcript record.)

• Transcript request orders are free during your senior year and as an active student at Galva Jr. Sr. High School.  Parchment does assess a small fee after students are transferred out of high school.

• All orders are processed during normal school business hours.  Transcript orders may take up to 3 - 5 days to process.  When placing your order, please allow enough time to meet your scholarship or college entry deadlines.
